They fired the last manager for sleeping with some of the residents and constantly being drunk on the job. But so far im not impressed with the new one. Honestly most of these homes are super old and worn down and not worth the money unless youre looking to completely redo them. But even still the surrounding parks are nicer offer more for your money and not stacked right on top of the other. Definitely not a happy camper right now with this place. The childrens park is unsafe with 1/2 inch steps that are slippery when damp and the only access. They removed the only basketball hoop we had. They took space from the park and made a dog park that is constantly just full of poop and smells.There are a ton of cats roaming and peeing on everything. Dogs wander off leashes at all hours and harrass people.
